This week, remember; if there is any part of your life you're not happy about, it's up to you to change. Pay attention to every aspect of your life. You're constantly getting information about what could serve you better. Be willing to go looking for what you need to do next that will help you experience life in a better way. It's okay to not know what to do, but you will never know if you don't do something that gets you started.
If you're really stuck, here are some ways you can change that...
Do one, some, or all of these things, and see what surfaces. Your new found knowledge might make you feel a bit uncomfortable...or possibly a lot, but once you have the knowledge, you can make choices and changes in ways that work for you, stretching your comfort rather than pushing you completely away from what feels safe.
